Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Vegmoflora Accessories website. Should you not be entirely happy with your purchase, please follow our easy steps below:
Due to the seasonal nature of our product, our policy is valid for 7 days once you have taken delivery of your order and returns from our Christmas Store can only take place up to the 18th of December 2023. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Products that have been opened and the original packaging damaged or destroyed.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com stating your invoice number, the item you would like to return and the reason for your return.
Once your return is received our team of professionals will inspect it, and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund – whether it has been rejected or approved.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To return your product, you should ship your product to: Vegmoflora Accessories Pty Ltd, 20 Anthurium Place, Springfield Park, DURBAN, 4001. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not held accountable for lost items or damage sustained during shipping. If anything is unclear or you have more questions, feel free to contact our customer support team.
