Clients have up to seven days after placing the order to make payment. Orders not paid for within seven days will automatically be cancelled.
We offer Paygate Payment Gateway that has a variety of payment methods through the familiar and trusted PayGate interface, where we have selected Debit & Credit Card Payments & Instant EFT.
Credit & Debit Cards
Credit cards are well known and a facto online payment method the world around. We process local and international credit card and cheque cards, with a variety of fraud protection mechanisms in place.
Instant EFT enables buyers to make payments with traditional internet banking with SA’s four biggest banks. The electronic funds transfer (EFT) gets verified instantly. No two day waiting period, no proof of payment required and no disclosing of financial information.
Delivery takes up to 7 business days from the date that the payment reflects in our bank account.
During busier times, November & December, the delivery may take longer (8 to 10 business days).
The delivery charges are calculated automatically by the website on the amount in your cart and will be shown at checkout. Deliveries for outside South Africa to be arranged by you for your account.
For retail orders over the value of R1500, delivery is free (certain exemptions may apply) within South Africa.
We will NOT take responsibility for any breakages or delivery issues that occur if you arrange your own courier.
Clients have to report all damages and order discrepancies within 5 business days to email@example.com. Should your item be from our Christmas Range, returns have to be reported by 18 December of that year. After this date no refund or exchange will be considered.
For the claim, we need your subject line to include the order number and type of credit claim, for example, damages, or items not received. In the email body, the quantities, correct Vegmo Accessories product codes and photos. Photos, we request that we receive them on WhatsApp.
